Mi smo prva specijalizirana pravna osoba za individualnu zaštitu autorskih i srodnih prava registirana u Republici Hrvatskoj sukladno Zakonu o autorskom pravu i srodnim pravima (čl. 155. ZAPSP – NN 167/03).

Radi Vas smo okupili team koji se sastoji od nekoliko iskusnih pravnika – praktičara iz ovog područja s ciljem formiranja jedne nove jezgre autorsko pravne prakse i stručnog znanja iz područja autorskog i srodnih prava. Unutar te jezgre trebali bi s vremenom stasati novi autorsko pravni stručnjaci, a iz nje bi se znanje i iskustvo širilo kroz usluge i savjete korisnicima, te kroz autorsko pravnu edukaciju skupina korisnika, samih autora i umjetnika izvođača, ali i javnosti u kojoj svijest o značaju autorskog i srodnih prava nije još sazrela.

Jedan od osnovnih ciljeva postojanja ovog društva je upravo taj – da se korisnici mogu s povjerenjem obratiti skupini neovisnih stručnjaka koji će moći riješiti njihov problem.

We are the first specialized firm (legal person) for the individual administration of copyright and related rights registrated in the Republic of Croatia according to the Copyright and Related Rights Act (art. 155; published in the edition nr. 167/03 of Narodne Novine - the Official Gazetta of the Republic of Croatia; amendments in NN nr. 79/07).

We have gathered for you a team that consists of several lawyer with a long experience in practice in this area aiming to form a new nucleus of copyright practice and expert knowledge in the area of copyright and related rights. Within that nucleus should in the course of time new copyright experts grow up and from that nucleus the knowledge and experience would spread through services and advices to users and through copyright education of the groups of users, authors and performers themselves and also the public within which the awareness of the importance of copyright and related rights hasn't been built up yet.
One of the basic aims of existance of this company is exactly that - to give users an opporunity to approach with trust to a group of independent experts who will be able to solve their problem.
